Pioneering Large-Scale Additive Manufacturing Since 2014
Founded in 2014, Avenco began with robotic automation projects. In 2017, we set our sights on a bigger challenge: developing high-performance thermoplastic and concrete extruders for large-scale additive manufacturing. After five years of focused R&D, we launched our first finished LSAM system in 2022.
Since then, Avenco has successfully delivered projects across Europe, North and South America, Asia, Africa and Australia, partnering with leading companies in marine, defense, aerospace, construction and automotive.
From robotic automation systems to advanced 3D printing solutions, our work İs trusted by global clients seeking cutting-edge excellence in advanced manufacturing solutions.

When was Avenco founded?
Avenco was founded in 2014, initially focusing on robotic automation systems and later expanding into large-scale additive manufacturing technologies.
What makes Avenco different from traditional manufacturing or 3D printing companies?
Avenco enables large-scale, mold-free, and highly customized production using industrial robotic systems, eliminating many limitations of traditional molds, tooling, and CNC-based manufacturing.
Which industries does Avenco serve?
Avenco serves construction, marine, defense, aerospace, automotive, architecture, landscaping, and industrial prototyping sectors.
Does Avenco work internationally?
Yes. Avenco has delivered projects across Europe, North and South America, Asia, Africa, and Australia.
What types of 3D printing systems does Avenco offer?
Avenco offers thermoplastic extruder systems, concrete extruder systems, robotic milling solutions, and hybrid manufacturing cells that combine printing and machining.
What is Large-Scale Additive Manufacturing (LSAM)?
LSAM is an industrial 3D printing approach that enables the production of large and complex parts without molds, using robotic systems and high-capacity extruders.
What materials can be used with Avenco systems?
Depending on the configuration, Avenco systems support thermoplastics, concrete, composites, metals (for milling), wood, marble, granite, and plastic materials.
What is the difference between 1K and 2K concrete extruder systems?
The 1K system is lightweight, durable, and cost-effective for large structures, while the 2K system includes a mixer and accelerator for faster curing, better overhangs, and more complex geometries.
What are AVEX thermoplastic extruders?
AVEX extruders (AVEX 15, AVEX 20, AVEX 32) are high-performance thermoplastic extruders designed for different torque, capacity, and application requirements, from compact designs to large molds and marine structures.
Can Avenco systems be customized?
Yes. Robot size, mobility (fixed, crawler, linear rail), extruder type, and tooling configurations can be customized based on project requirements.
What is a hybrid manufacturing cell?
A hybrid manufacturing cell allows parts to be 3D printed and then milled within the same robotic system, achieving high precision, smooth surfaces, and functional integration.
How precise are Avenco robotic milling systems?
Avenco robotic milling systems provide up to ±0.06 mm repeatability for complex geometries and large-scale parts.
Can Avenco systems be used for on-site construction?
Yes. Avenco concrete printing systems support print-on-site applications for buildings, walls, architectural elements, and urban furniture.
Does Avenco provide turnkey solutions?
Yes. Avenco delivers complete B2B turnkey solutions, including system design, installation, training, and commissioning.
What kind of support does Avenco provide after installation?
